Spacious, Convenient and the view from Room to Lake Ontario really jaw dropping, Jus too good.
I resided in this building for 4 years, and it was convenient for travel due to bus frequency. However, it only had two elevators, so if one wasn't working, it became a bit of a hassle, especially during working hours. Since Hurontario Street is quite busy, there was always dust coming in from the ongoing construction on the street. This made it difficult to sit on the balcony during the summer, as it was too noisy.
