My hairdresser is out on leave. I have been having my hair cut and colored here for over 10 years. It is very expensive, but I always thought it was worth it. Last night my hair was butchered, the cut is nothing like the same cut I've been getting for years. All that money wasted, and it will take several weeks before my hair can even be presentable again
I don't treat myself often, (being a newer mom with a busy work schedule) I was a bit disappointed with my experience. I guess I didn't think much into booking my services on Valentine's Day but it was very busy/chaotic and you could feel it. Check in was fine, filled out my forms on the iPad, wasn't seen on time for either appt and I get it things happen. Anne was so helpful with telling me what works best for my skin. My first facial ever and she did amazing. Calming, relaxing and very knowledgeable staff. I left feeling amazing!!!
Had an amazing massage with Barb today. She was just wonderful!
