What should have been a relaxing family holiday turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. The receptionist Marie was rude, talked over us instead of listening and handled the situation unprofessionally. My email complaint was completely ignored, making it clear that customer feedback isn’t valued.
The property was good overall, clean and operational and the location was beautiful, but the facilities were dangerously unsafe and life threatening.. the lights at the pool were switched off at night so barely I can see my kids swimming... more over the pool step was broken so in case of emergency no way you can get out the pool, in addition there is no life guards at any time. As for the breakfast it was not bad but the bacon was uneatable it was almost raw ..
Clean room. Would have liked to have enjoyed more facilities but didn't have time. Restaurant - dinner and breakfast amazing . Would go back
