As a returning customer, I expect cleanliness, care, and safe practices. Today’s service fell short. The technician appeared rushed and used a drill/file to remove dead skin around my cuticles, going too deep and causing the cuticles to bleed. Despite this, they continued the procedure. After I washed and dried my hands, there was blood on the tissues.
