Very rude people. Customer service is non existent. I made an appointment with Sam but when one of his "regular customers" came in getting a more expensive job I was told to take someone else. Not going back. The guy at the desk is a robot.
I had the worst nightmare! They are rude and talk about you right in front of you. I had enough when this one particular nail tech ruined my nails! During the process of filing she would not let me look! It turned out that every single nail had a different shape!!! She suggested for me to go up to the one in charge and have them fixed. He pretty much brushed me off and had me sit with someone else. That nail tech was just as rude and bad than the other nail tech. Couldn't even buff my nails at the end.
