Wow, from the moment I walked in I knew I was in the right place. I was greeted with enthusiasm and asked to make my myself at home while I filled out my paper work. My consult was precise, through and very informative. I immediately booked my appointment and left with pre-instructions for my Fraxel treatment. The technician made my Fraxel experience wonderful. The absolutely worst botox experience I've ever had. I never write reviews but I want to warn people so they don't wind up completely disfigured like I was. I wound up with one eyebrow several cm higher than the other. Some areas ridiculously over botoxed and others badly bruised but not showing any signs of having any botox at all. When I called in distress I was condescended to and of course no offer of getting a refund. I have visited this place twice, the second time was a second chance. The service I received was under par, each time. Before going, know that you will never see the actual doctor. I will never go back. Oh, and forget about getting any help or questions answered by email.
