I went in late 10 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic getting into the plaza. And I drive 40 minutes to get to this clinic because of their professionalism in the past. However, they said there was no time left so I re-booked for a later time that same day. However when I turned up for my appointment again, they said only 2/4 of my booked sessions were booked and they had no time to do any other parts.
