Vai is a really nice and friendly person and best therapist and the other therapist I had at silk I been here before when it was eden and the past therapist I had they were all really friendly and nice and calm people so I had really good experience at silk laser in Penrith I would like to come again whenever I have appointments here so I’m happy with this service and professional environment.

I went in late 10 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic getting into the plaza. And I drive 40 minutes to get to this clinic because of their professionalism in the past. However, they said there was no time left so I re-booked for a later time that same day. However when I turned up for my appointment again, they said only 2/4 of my booked sessions were booked and they had no time to do any other parts.
