Hi, return me the money. We were waiting you all the time come to remove the snow. Nobody ever show up. The worst is you guys kept on auto deducting services charge from the credit card. Hey, this is called shameless.
I asked for snow removal days ago, someone came and took a picture of my Neighbors and left. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. They charged me without clearing the snow
Very bad experience. I have trying to cancell the service since 2 weeks ago, the keeping charging without even coming here, last time they came, they didn't clean at all, because i had cleaned already, and they charged me 127 dollars for nothing, they just ignored the cancellation emails
I truly believe this company is a SCAM! I paid $200 for them to come today (Feb. 13th) and booked this a long while ago. No one showed up and no one answers the phone or texts. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I think it's a shell website where they pretend to do snow removal, take your money and disappear! Horrible experience and want everyone to be aware!! I didn't want to give them even one star but couldn't post otherwise
