Unsatisfied customer! My bad experience with Eden Jewelry started when I went to them to get a prong repaired and the enhancer (wrap) unsoldered on my wedding ring. The staff was friendly and the price was fair, but that was it. Even when they did get the job done, which wasn't on time, they botched the repair. The band was warped and thin that it snapped within a day of wearing it. When I brought this to their attention, they didn't so much as offer to undo the damage they had done.
