I've had a great experience living here. It's a beautiful boutique building that's always clean and well maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to call home.

For the past 10 years I have managed condos and sold and rented several units at Eden House. I always have great a experience with all the staff. Alfredo is always very helpful and responsive and everyone at the front desk is very welcoming and friendly. Overall the building is well maintained and I very much appreciate doing business for my clients at Eden House.

I’m Brazilian, and I came to visit my son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter. I stayed at Eden House Condominium for three months. I had a wonderful experience getting to know everyone who works here. Everyone was truly wonderful, friendly, and helpful. I could feel that the staff genuinely enjoyed working here. Congratulations to the entire team!

Love the building and location. Fantastic waterfront views and spectacular sunsets. Sitting on the balcony at sunset is like being on a cruise, minus the wait staff. Like the proximity to everything, and so much within walking distance. Currently the building is going through renovations and will be even more spectacular!
