I injured myself while exercising at the gym and had been taking ibuprofen to manage the pain, but I realized it was only masking the symptoms rather than addressing the underlying muscle tightness. I approached Sunila and explained my condition. she performed manual therapy to release the muscle, and I felt noticeable improvement. The muscle became much more relaxed,my movement improved and I felt better after the session. I appreciate her dedication and expertise and I highly recommend her for manual theraphy
