All you have to do is research their builds. Building a house should take 9 months these guys do it in 2. Multiple videos online about newly bought homes being rushed altered they own the title mortgage and insurance company they have a entire echo system that only they control . Please be vigilant if you're dealing with them. Pretty good and excellent attention
Quite the surreal experience frome sight to residing. Expert and thoroughly helpful staff, from contractors to Horton staff. The most attentiveness was afforded to us by Aaron & Daniel T. And if I had to travel this road again, those two BETTER be included in the cast. They were VERY helpful & extremely professional, to say the least. I have truly made it to the my Garden of Eden.
I recently bought a home here and so far I could not be more satisfied with the process and my home! Would definitely recommend!
As a realtor, it was a pleasure working with a reputable builder.
