The HOA sucks, Eden Hill farm has nothing to show for the fees they collect. There is no maintenance being maintained in this development since it started constructing at all and they will scam you into thinking it’s luxury living. You will have to wait decades for anything to get done! Research the HOA? The snow removal is horrible and it has nothing to offer worth paying HOA fees. Run far away!
