I’m just a young bloke that doesn’t know much about flowers, but I can comfortably say that they went above and beyond to fulfil all my requests and made it easy for me to get a custom bunch of flowers. They were wonderful to work with and all of my requests were met with a happy and positive Yes we can! After requesting specially bought flowers from the market, the florist team at Eden Flowers made a bouquet that looked amazing and will be loved. Thanks and nothing but 5 stars here

Customer service still terrible after 5 years. I placed an order and promptly cancelled it because of the service. I felt like I needed a degree in flower arrangement just to place an order. I was expected to know about vase selection, all the different sizes and prices they offer, without any guidance from them. The ladies were snobby, unhelpful, and did not offer any expertise to help me make a decision. Have always been a bit skeptical of buying flowers online as a gift but was definitely very happy with my purchase. The flowers were fresh and stunning! Would highly recommend
Eden Flower Studio is my regular florist and I often stop by on the way home. They never disappoint and I always get compliments on the flowers. I recently contacted them to organise a special bouquet for my fiancée's Bridal Shower. They were spectacular and she (and everyone) was blown away. They were exactly what I wanted.
