As someone who has serious gym anxiety and just going sometimes is a really hard thing to do. I appreciate this space so much. It allows you the freedom to go and just be in the space by yourself. Not only that, it is an extremely relaxing environment and doesn’t even feel like a normal gym. If you are someone who is looking to focus on yourself and want to start working out, but a normal gym deters you and gives you anxiety, please give Eden a try. I promise you won’t regret it.

I have been training with Tammy and at Eden for years! It’s a truly special place, now even better with the new part that she has added. Nowhere else is there a gym just for women, with exceptional trainers, equipment, and a clean and safe space like this. Tammy has always trained her clients with workout plans tailored to their bodies and what they need, and her trainers do the same.
