One on One workouts are great and tailored specific for my needs. Space is clean and everyone is friendly. Loved my first experience
This is a beautiful space. It's clear a lot of work and heart has gone into it. It has an elegant vibe with a lot of greenery. It also feels very safe. I'd highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a peaceful workout routine.

I no longer live in the area, but visit occasionally for 1-2 week time periods. I needed a place to work out that worked with this schedule and Eden has been perfect! Tammy, the owner, has created a beautiful and safe space for women to work out. She herself is incredibly welcoming and kind, and made it easy to get started.
