Had my first session (1-hr appointment at one of the workout stations) at Eden Fitness Studio this weekend. It was a great experience. Having to compete with others for workout stations at other gyms in the past, I really enjoyed having "my station" reserved straight for an hour at Eden's. I was able to use the whole fitness space with the station reserved only for me. Having privacy and convenience during a workout session is another level of comfort and joy. Very excited to go back with a fun workout routine

One on One workouts are great and tailored specific for my needs. Space is clean and everyone is friendly. Loved my first experience

This is a beautiful space. It's clear a lot of work and heart has gone into it. It has an elegant vibe with a lot of greenery. It also feels very safe. I'd highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a peaceful workout routine.
