Dr Smith speaks English as a second language and is soft spoken therefore she is difficult to understand and I frequently had to ask her dental assistant what she said. Further to that, the photos that are on their advertisements are misleading. The photos are all of bright eyed and chipper people who are implied to be staff and Dr Smith, the dentist. Dr Smith took out a tooth from the front of my mouth leaving a huge gap that was noticeably ugly and embarrassing. After she removed the tooth, she said that she would leave me that way without a permanent fix. Only then did she ask if I would approve it. In response, I said, what are you going to do, put it back in? At that moment, she made it sound like I would be finished with the whole thing in about two weeks. That was not the case.
