Tyler does a great job executing his work but he made me wait over an hour to get a color that I specifically told him I didn’t want. His response was “ I know it’s not the color you wanted but we had to hurry this up so I used an express color on you and you can use purple shampoo that we sell to bring out the color you want” (I wanted more silver highlights and received yellow undertones and then was told I had to make an additional purchase of purple shampoo to get the brassiness out.) My experience at Eden was amazing! I was there for the Eden Deluxe spa package; SO INCREDIBLE! Jolinda and her staff make you feel right at home while pampering and catering to your every need!. . . and did I mention the salon and spa. . . BEAUTIFUL!! I just visited for an Eyebrow Shape and Tint. Maygon did a fabulous job! She got the color and shape perfect. I noticed a big difference!
