I've lived here a year and a half. It's a great place! No issues with staff or maintenance. Remodel really improved everything!
This is a lousy place to live in nothing ever gets fixed. Maintenance and management is very unprofessional. I needed mini blinds replaced for 5 years. I taped Kleenex to the blinds to keep them straight. No doors for the laundry room. I had to clean the oven and the refrigerator when I moved in 5 years ago. Lawn service was horrible. There was always grass at the front, and back door everytime the grass was cut. The weather stripping around the doors was never replaced, as I asked.
