We stayed in a cabin through Eden Crest back in June of 2022. We were throughly pleased with the cabin and the property. Not only that, but customer service was on point.

We stayed at a house on slippery rock road. It was Perfect, so clean with everything you need. I had a problem getting the tv to work but it was my fault. Technology is so advanced for me. It is honestly perfect. I loved it
We won't stay at any other place in the Smokies!
What a disaster of a trip. The entire place was falsely advertised. No pool. No home theater room. Broken doors with hinges falling off litterly as you open them. Dirty floors , filthy rooms. Old furniture NOT new as described. Outdated TVs and very very cramped and tiny living quarters for 2 people. This is supposed to house 12. My girlfriend and I are utterly disgusting and we're tricked and lied to. Told this was a brand new Cabin. It's a old house which was given a fast 100.00 rehab and rented at 2,000 for 3 nights LOL. ... read more
