Called to setup an appointment and the intake lady was extremely rude. I was unsure what type of counseling their office provided based on my needs and felt talked down to. The lady said they didn’t accept my insurance which was not true because I found them from my care provider portal. I told the lady she was being rude and she began raising her voice. Definitely not going to this office.
I was one of the 1st House Managers for Eden, They took a chance on me taking care of the clients and assisting them in the house on a day to day basis, I will always be grateful for them trusting me. Its a great place that gives attention to recover with a focus on second chances.
The phone interview made it sound like a good place. I was told they were willing to comply with my court program that I am in. But unfortunately they weren't willing to comply when I got there. Your not aloud to work, they don't provide transportation to even groups. So not being able to work is kind of hard to get transportation with the 10 bus passes they give and no work. some of the staff is very rude to the clients and other staff. They do the bare minimal. Overall it was a horrible experience.
