Extremely disappointed that I was not made aware of my daughter’s appointments that were scheduled by her father without me knowing. It’s one thing that her father should be held accountable to include the mother, but is also a responsibility for the clinician to include the mother (or father if necessary). I repeatedly called the office to include me in any and all communications and none of that has come to fruition.

Communication within the office is terrible. The staff can look happier. The lobby isn't the best, environment and atmosphere can lighten up. Its like a cave inside there, it's shallow and dimmed. Nobody likes to pick up the phone and it takes awhile for them to respond.

I'd give no star if I could. This process has been a nightmare. I have spoken to my daughters doctor, Dr. Judith Black ONCE in 6 months. We had to wait for testing and we are still no closer to answers than when we began this process. The doctor is impossible to get ahold of. I've been trying to get in contact for weeks. The front desk seems like they never answer the phones. I should of trusted the reviews and went else to get my 9 year old daughter the help she needs.

I made appointments but they don't send confirmation emails or text. Then when you call they won't answer and EVEN WORSE, their mailbox can't accept messages. Do not waste your time.
