There is no call back from this company - I assume they are out of business for grooming dryers.
The design of the Edemco Dryer Cage is such that the gates cause lacerations to dogs who are at all inclined to scratch at the gate. The fabrication of the sheet metal yields an abundance of sharp edges. Shortly after purchase, I contacted Edemco by phone regarding this concern and was informed that we would be sent replacement gates for the cage dryers that we had purchased. You cannot get a call back or any response at all from this company. I ordered a pump 3 weeks ago and do not have the pump yet my credit card was charged. I called/emailed repeatedly to ask when the pump would be shipped and for my tracking number. No response.
