I can't even begin describe the horrible treatment we received at the Edelweiss within 1000 characters, but I'll try! The owners are rude, racist, classist, and humiliated my husband and me. At check-out, they called us uneducated, and said they don't want "people like you" staying at their hotel. They even had the audacity to say, "you people don't even have shampoo to wash your hair" after I had asked for shampoo at the desk the night before. When I arrived we checked in and gave the attendent our c.c. info. We settled in and later went looking for the pool. I just want to say that I was severly dissapointed in this hotel. I looked up the hotel prior to staying here and on the website it has them listed as having an outdoor pool. THERE IS NO POOL OR EVEN A SPOT WHERE ONE WAS! When we couldn't find one we asked the front desk and he said that you don't have one and that the website was lying.
