Fantastic in every aspect. I can't imagine the negative review I read about "can't you find decent service help?" I have been there dozens of times, and have ALWAYS found the Customer Service truly OUTSTANDING. It really doesn't get any better than Edelweiss Bakery. My congratulations to all involved with this great company!
It's what should be on everyone's hometown Main Street.
Ordered my son's 4th birthday cake from here and the TOTALLY screwed it up! The frosting was completely the wrong color and they spelled his name wrong...was a different name! We ordered the cake well over a week prior to the party and watched the girl write up the ticket for the cake order and it was very very clearly written and spelled out what we wanted and his name was very very clear.
