My realtor gave me the names of three attorneys to choose from... I was in such a hurry I didn't bother and picked the first one. In a nutshell: This attorney lacks motivation, is very unprofessional (secretary included) and does not work well with others. And all parties involved agree (realtor, bank, seller, buyer).
