The appliances do not match the description and they scratched the appliance at delivery. They do it and they refuse to work with you on any issue. I highly don’t recommend!
Fantastic service with a genuine interest in taking care of my needs and questions. Excellent knowledge in all facets of the subject which brought me to Edelman. Andrew Gerber went beyond the normal level of patience in helping me figure what I really needed to know. He supplied the solution. I was very happy.
I was looking for hardware for a small kitchen and didn’t get hardly any useful help. Felt like my project was too small for them to care about. Had a much better experience at Cleveland kitchen and design in Rocky River
I went to Edelman's store in Westlake with my spouse today. The person who attended to us had a woman who was shadowing him to learn the business. I went in with knowledge of exactly what I needed (measurements, what my current faucet model was, what I liked/didn't like about it). The man who attended to us was very UNhelpful in finding something that could best match up to what we need and was also flippant about answering questions about different faucet finishes and designs.
