We had a challenging scenario w a higher end Grohe, thermostat controlled shower valve that’s considerably dated that we LOVE. It needed a complete “rebuild” and certain parts were difficult to find. Many of which were back-ordered with lengthy lead times. Hi Everyone, after MANY years we decided to finally get our kitchen remodeled in our old colonial home. Edelmans was great from beginning to end. The products are such high quality and my faucet is the BEST faucet ever. Most importantly, our helper Tori was wonderful! She knew exactly what we wanted ! (!even before I did !) She was so very efficient and thorough and so easy to talk with. Highly recommend.
In building our new home, we worked with Edelmans for the plumbing fixtures. We especially enjoyed working with Andrew. He also helped us order sink accessories after we moved in.
