Great experience with Edelen's. Our friend's car broke down on 50. Edelen's was courteous, from the man who answered the phone to our tow driver Tom. They gave an ETA of 30-45 minutes to get to us, and were prompt. Tow companies have earned a reputation for being sharks, and charging an arm and a leg for towing. I'd obviously never want to pay for a tow, but based on past experiences with other tow companies I was expecting our friend to have to empty her bank account to pay.
