Procede with caution. I've been a contractor for 16 yrs. I have never come across such inexperienced disorganized people. During a remodel I wanted to give them a chance to install quartz counters. Their "lead" sales person mismeasured, mis quoted price, and made promises he could not keep and had no business making. We had to redesign the counter layout unless we wanted to buy another slab. These people really have no interest in working. It really is just a "SHOW"room. These people totally and completely bailed on us and the 'sales' guy dodged our phone calls until we gave up on them like they gave up on us. Below they are trying to put themselves in a good light but in the end they did not have the guts to tell us that this did not want to work with us because we were picky about getting overcharged.
