I was going to leave 2 stars and explain that it was due to an extreme lack of communication from the service department during the entire 4 weeks they had our car for a recall. Then the icing on the cake that brought us to 1 star was when the car was finally done, they told us it was ready to be picked up but that it needed a new battery which was going to be about $240. The managers and salesmen at LS Mazda are professional and communicate well! They gave us a great offer on a new vehicle as repeat customers! We actually visited other local Mazda dealerships and did not experience the same level of service! I’d highly recommend them! You definitely get more bang for your buck at Mazda along with a high quality vehicle!
I purchased a brand-new vehicle from this dealership in March, Hunter promised that he would get me a set of all-weather floor mats. It is now June, and I have never heard from him or anyone else at the dealership. No follow-up call, no update, nothing. If can afford to buy and pay off a brand-new car, I can certainly can afford to purchase my own floor mats. The problem is being promised something and then completely ignored afterward. This is by far the friendliest dealer ship I have ever been to Brett Copeland was amazing super helpful friendly and was not pushy in any way shape or form. Definitely recommend
