My vehicle was being serviced between January 11th - February 25th for a $1,200 oil pump replacement, and the communication during this period was very poor. Worked with Hunter to purchase a used Honda CR-V last month and it was extremely pleasant and straight forward. No games, no run around. Just honest, transparent and quick communication.
