John Moos and the entire team was very friendly and pleasant to deal with! Ended up trading in my vehicle to their location despite a 3hr drive. Ultimately will seek their business again in the future! Amazing car and incredibly helpful during the process. Hopefully an excuse arises to visit this location again in the future!! Terrible service. Called and scheduled an appointment for 9am on Thursday. I was told the diagnostic fee was $142.95. Late that afternoon called to check on status of vehicle and was told it would be next Wednesday before they would have a chance to look at it. Not once was I ever told it was a week to diagnose problem. After receiving diagnosis on Tuesday, I decided to pick up vehicle. Bill had gone from $142.95 to $169.98 with no explanation. I recently received a postcard about a class action lawsuit related to faulty infotainment systems—something I’ve been having trouble with for a few months now.
