I needed a specific part for my cycling shoes. Eddy’s not only went above and beyond in finding the part, but they also installed it for me. The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful!
Just spectacular customer service. The entire staff went out of their way for me in this transaction. They went to another store to pickup the bike I was looking for. They even setup my odometer that I purchased from them, that I was not expecting. I have not had a bike in 30 years or so, the staff made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. This will be my home for bike decisions and I will be sure to refer people there when I can. Thank you all!
I had a great experience here today with two of the ladies in the shop. I brought in my bike so they could help diagnose why it was an uncomfortable ride for me. They had me on a couple of different new bikes after deciding that mine was not proportioned well for me. I ended up buying a new one. They were very kind and helpful! And open on Sunday, too. Fantastic. Worth driving across town for.
Best bicycle shop in Ohio! Taylor did a great fixing my bike today, I am completely satisfied with their fine service! Matt, Taylor and all the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They have plenty of accessories and fair prices. Highly recommend them for all your bicycling needs!!!
