I'll never shop here again. Since everything is cheaper and more convenient online, I go to local shops like this for customer service and to help the local shops. But the service here was so surprisingly horrible, I won't ever be back. I needed a very basic part (a seat post) for a bike I bought here a year ago. I called in advance to make sure they had the right part, and instead of checking the stock like I asked, they very dismissively said they should have the part and told me to just bring in the bike. Thanks to Matt for getting me setup with what I needed to do a first time tubeless setup. Pulled it off without a hitch This is the second time I've been to the location and everyone's been super helpful.
Broke a spoke on a ride and they fixed fast Friendly, helpful, efficient and reasonably priced. Great job and got me back on my ride in a short time.
