I was in a severe time crunch. Anthony, from eddies, said no one was in to help. I explained my issue and this young man went and fixed the part I was having an issue with within ten minutes. Great guy and a very happy customer.
Walked in and set up an appointment for 2 days later. Was instructed to expect a phone call with anticipate arrival time. Friday morning came and I received a call from John the Service man. He shared expected time. 15 minutes prior to arrival he called. Told when to expect him. Came in on time prepared with what was needed. 15 minutes later work was completed, fully explained and cleaned up after himself. I would like to thank Stephanie and John for thier excellent service in taking care of thier client. I highly recommend.
I'm so grateful for this place. They saved us money for a part they couldn't find. She went out her way found the part number and said go to ebay. Thank u so much...
If you have an appliance problem that needs fixing asap with good communication….. this is not the place!
Came to the house and didn't do anything to help my situation. Reason being, I called someone else afterwards and he showed me what needed to be done and it was a simple task.
