One of the best places to stay in Ithaca. Rooms are very spacious & very well furnished. Location is also pretty good as it's at the heart of Collegetown and there are a lot of restaurants, grocery stores nearby.
Travis Hyde were super accommodating and helpful when I had to move in very last minute in the middle of the semester - thank you all again! Julianne and the maintenance crew has speedy with any fixes needed for the apartment (one business day turnaround). Minor thing to note about apartments facing the parking lot is you can hear the garbage trucks coming in early in the morning between 3:00-5:00am for majority of the week.
