My mother wanted to have this service. I called and left a message with the representative..and never received a call back.
My parent has DPD, untreated, schizophrenia, bi polar, major depressive disorder and severe panic disorder with g.a.d. The doctor here CUT his anti anxiety medication his mental health doctors prescribed saying he is overly dependent on them!!!! He cut what other trained mental health professionals were prescribing him by saying he was to relianton them. After 40 plus years on them on and off. Mostly on. This program helped my family tremendously. I was my mom’s 24/7 live-in caregiver, doing everything - they provided home care (I saw a complaint from someone here about someone’s house being dirty - FYI there are a lot of rules they have to follow including NOT SCRUBBING WALLS, or anything really. Cheryl Ashley RN and Dr. Herman PCP got my father who has a documented IQ of 56 to sign a DNR he didn't understand! When I tried to explain it to my father I was asked by Cheryl and Nichole rapkowicz to stop, because it was best for my father to have a DNR because "it would be painful to him".
