Appointments don't mean nothing, they'll load up when they want it. Hours waiting and nothing yet 😭
Gate guard lady was very nice and professional, no appointment just a delivery window. Showed up and was in a dock immediately (dry load), went and handed them my paperwork and they started unloading me. In and out in less than an hour is pretty damn good if you ask me! Oh and it's Christmas Eve!
You can not go by everyone else's experience, I've learned this over the years of being on the road. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. Check in with guard. Reefer was set on 46 (per my company), but guard instructed me to put it on 26. Was told to pull out and park on side street until my reefer drop to at least 31. Once it dropped, backed up in front of a door (plenty of room to maneuver) waited for personnel to come out and verify my temp, check the cleanliness of trailer, slide tandems, open doors, back up... read more
