Efficient, professional, one of the best practices I have used.
"I had a first time visit with this doctor and it was horrible. I had an MRI and xray done somewhere else and they made me feel like it was my fault I didn’t bring a disk. I did my part to call ahead and make sure I could reschedule in order to bring them what they need, but someone at their office said they had access to TGH. The staff had a really bad attitude which I had to let them know I didn’t like. ( I should of walked out at this point honestly) The doctor and staff had poor communication. Great visit with Dr Echols. Congenial bedside manner and his nursing staff were excellent and welcoming!
Not a good experience… did not listen to me. I explained In detail my experience and previous issue and the treatments that did not work… he did not listen and just prescribe anti inflammatory medication. I have Already been taking for a month… did not listen. Ugggg two days wasted between the urgent care and his office the next day. And no treatment…. Maybe he is good for others but for me I’ll steer clear. Not a place I feel was caring for me injury.
Dr. Echols put my mind at ease by taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. He has excellent bedside manner, which made the entire experience even better.
