I brought in my car because I was worried about a tire noise and wobbling. Asked to please make sure my care will be safe. Yes my tires were balanced..... HOWEVER now all my lug studs are stripped-- costing me an extra $500 to have them replaced and NO my car was NOT safe-- the brakes were almost on metal and the alignment was completely off with the inner tires almost on threads-- with Eddie telling me "that's ok it's just normal tire noise"
Eddie Preston is a great guy and he and his team do awesome work!
They did it again they took my truck 3 months ago and never touched it. I kept going to check on it and all they kept saying was, Itll be worked on Friday. I’ll work on it Monday and for weeks on out they kept saying they would work on it. I have two dead batteries and probably will have to buy new ones because they never cranked it or kept them batteries hot for months.
