Go elsewhere. This shop is a total ripoff and grossly overcharges. I was quoted 600 dollars to install spark plugs, wires, coil and a starter on a 2001 outback H4 automatic (all parts that I already had, just didn't want to install) 😂😂 it took me under 40 minutes to do it myself.
Replaced motor and the Cat on an 08 Impreza along with small parts like water pump. Had a lot of problems and Austin did his best to keep the price as low as possible, it was the best price from Renton to Olympia. He kept to his estimate even when his suppliers wanted to raise it. Had a couple hiccups but, his customer service is unmatched. He had great communication. When I didn't know the part he was talking about he explain quickly and thoroughly. I'll definitely be going back here if/ when things break.
Dropped my car off for diagnosis at 10 and had it back by 1pm completely fixed!! Great customer service and competence. Price was incredibly fair and honest. Highly recommend especially if you own a Subaru or Chevy!!
Took my 2014 outback in for it's 120,000 mile service. I asked what the cost would be, they couldn't quote me a cost because they don't automatically do everything listed in the manual, they evaluate and see if the services are needed which I appreciated. for $75 diagnosis fee they went through my car. generated a long list of services needed, very few were associated with the 120,000 service. 10/10 I would recommend Austen! He was very honest and fair while working on my Subaru wrx. I definitely trust him to do more work on my cars in the future. He’s very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. He really cares about his customers, he was updating us every day without us asking him too. He took great care of us. His pricing was great! His work is awesome!
