I meant to leave this a long time ago but I’m still pissed. I brought my car in to get the brakes fixed and left with more issues than I started with. The front desk was run by minors who had no idea what was going on. I sat in the shop for over 20 minutes with no one saying a word to me until someone finally tells me, “you can go now,” like I was just hanging out for fun. When I came back, my key fob didn’t work. My girlfriend blew a tire and her spare was almost flat, she limped it into them and they really took care of her at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Paul has saved me several times! He and his staff provide top notch service!
Talk about price gouging. $1000 for a tow from an accident. Charges for things they do not do. Works with the county to take advantage of people in a bad spot. Offered to wave the fee if I just gave them the title to the car. Was not honest. Beware if you drive in Ozaukee County!
