We had a great experience with Samuel and Erick when they came to our home in Englewood to replace our leaking water heater. They removed the old unit and installed the new one quickly and did a really clean job. Both of them were very friendly and easy to talk to, answering all of our plumbing questions and making sure we understood everything that was happening. We had a big plumbing job: our septic pump tank needed to be replaced. Over several weeks, everyone from Eddie's Plumbing was friendly, polite, and made sure to keep us updated on their schedule. They were very careful with their equipment to avoid damaging our yard. Even though it was cold and rainy, they kept working hard outside to get everything finished on time. I contacted Eddie's Plumbing because my main sewer line was badly clogged after I tried fixing it myself for a few days. The whole plumbing system was really backed up, but they sent Kristopher out the same day I called. I reached out in the morning, and by that afternoon, he was already at my home in Englewood.
