I've had great experiences with service calls. They get very busy in the summer. I wish they'd just tell me they can't install a system instead of waiting and checking back every 2 weeks. Told they'd get back with me and never did. Finally had to get with a company out of Lubbock.
Had a brand-new central heat and air installed from a company out of Dallas Texas could not get them to come back and fix the issue with the heater.called several places here in Snyder,Eddys came out. He spent several hours working, trying to figure out why the gas was not coming full force to the heater finally found a small piece of plastic that was lodged in the end of the pipe.
