Very rude people. Zero customer service! I called to ask a question about my problem. The guy who answered the phone talked to me as if I was an idiot. Maybe that is the way they treat women. Lousy service. I would not touch them with a ten-foot pole!

I didnt appreciate the fact, that you call and you ask a ??? & tell them what make and model car then they tell you yeah bring it, then you get over there and then they say they cant do it they dont have the part.It sure has changed since Eddie himself dont have the business anymore.
Eddie's has done 2 of my trucks already and about to do another. I had one bracket weld break 4 mos after installation and they had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Prices extremely reasonable. I recommend them to anyone.
Fixed my son's muffler for $60 and had it back in a couple hours. Great prices and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need.
Professional and courteous staff at Eddie's Custom Exhaust. They have upfront pricing, great employees, and quality results. I wanted my stock exhaust replaced. They let me decide how much i wanted replaced, what sound i wanted, and how i wanted the exhaust to exit. I was quoted a price and given an estimated wait time. The didn't try to upsell me. Eddie's Custom Exhaust is the the place to go in the Augusta, GA area. I live in Evans and I am glad I drove to Eddie's. I had a bent exhaust tube as a result of my car bottoming out in a hole and it was rattling. They worked in me in immediately and straightened my exhaust within 15-20 minutes after I got there. Then he says NO CHARGE, just come back when you need an exhaust system. The work he did was minimal but who says NO CHARGE these days.
