My vehicle has been there for 48 days. Walter is the "Manager", and he keeps telling me 1-2 weeks and giving me excuses. Can he apologize? No. He's an arrogant jerk. He can't communicate or give me ANY updates. I have to keep calling him. He can't apologize and has not 1 lick of customer service built in him. I guess the owner Eddie comes in 1-2 times a week but can't call me either. Walter needs to get fired. I'm now filing a BBB complaint and putting reviews up all over the place........
