UPDATE NOVEMBER 2025: The issue is not fixed. After some months of following up regarding the issue, he just replaced the catalytic converter with an aftermarket one that did not solve the issue. I went to a certified mechanic shop and had a report that clearly states that an original catalytic converter is needed but he did not reply anymore.
