Staff are incompetent, prices are too high.
We have had our blinds now for about two weeks and could not be happier. The quality is amazing, the Shangri-La's are super elegant and work amazingly, as do our wood blinds and roman shades. Everything is perfect and it is all thanks to Marianne and Louis. Marianne really took the time to get to know our family and our needs.
