I usually love getting bbq from here. But, lately it’s been a hit or miss. Today, they arrived to UMMC for employee appreciation week. Ordered my food and realized once I was back in my work area that I was missing my side of baked beans. Decided not to walk back because that was a long walk. Spent $21..rib tips and potato salad were okay..could’ve been better.
The smoked sausage and the briskets are my favorite. Will come back.
Nothing but bones not tips.
The business owner was very attentive and professional. The food was great, the ribs were so tender and the potato salad was delicious.
