Un-considerate and un-caring personel at the hostess stand. Hoped to listen to great background music, but was bombasted by overly loud musicians, plus boistrous crowd. We had to yell at each other, to be heard. We asked to be re-seated in the dining room, and were told nothing was available. The front desk personel acted as if they could care less Very unprofessional.................. Good bye Eddie V's

I love the one in KOP so decided to go to the one in Scottsdale. There were a rude customer but the staff was great!!! Food and drinks was amazing!!!
