I have visited this location more than once, and unfortunately I’ve had repeated negative experiences with the same bartender, McClaim. She was rude, unwelcoming, and walked away while I was in the middle of placing my order. There was no greeting or basic customer service. I spoke with the manager, Daniel, but instead of addressing the situation professionally, he defended the bartender without making any effort to understand my concerns. We celebrated my little brother’s graduation at Eddie V’s yesterday, and everything was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the food, service, and overall experience were top-notch. A special thank you to Brandy, who went above and beyond to make our celebration so memorable. She was warm, attentive, and truly exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend! Shout out to the entire staff here and management!
