I'm in a wheelchair now with severe palsy and Coleman didn't believe my diagnosis or MRIs neither did the primary after him or the nuerosurgeon.I guess it's because they don't think a good looking woman can be sick. They refuted diagnosis's from specialists and MRIs.Your all terrible.One doctor actually said I was looking for attention. I'm beyond angry.

Dr. Tome has been my doctor for many many years now. When I leave his office, I always feel secure in knowing that whatever the problem was, my doctor will work to find a solution. Whether it be a joint pain or feeling down and depressed. or even talking to him about a personal problem.. I love his kindness and knowledge. He has kept me healthy for many years. I never feel rushed as he takes all the time I need. The staff is also wonderful. I recommend him highly. I gave Dr. TOME a five star review.
WARNING: I made a new patient appointment with Dr. Cohen and waited roughly a month to see him. 2 days before my appointment they send a text to confirm - and instead of being scheduled with Dr. Cohen I was scheduled with Remi Dieujuste, APRN. So I called to ask if that was correct and they said yes. They said Dr. Alex Cohen doesn't even ever work at that location. So I asked why they told me I was scheduled with Dr. Cohen when really I was scheduled with a completely different person who has a different level of training. N... read more

Rude, Argumentative and unhelpful office staff who don’t return calls!
Dr. Velasquez cares more about his patients than he does the dollar bill!!A true professional who puts his patients' welfare atop the list of priorities. He is not your typical physician. I wish I would have found him sooner!
She’s was excellent on drawing my blood. Painless which is a first for me. Jasmine was very thorough and patient answering my questions and concerns. It was a pleasant experience.

Staff does not answer phone calls, and when they do answer the call they are very obstinate. The staff is rude. They will not return calls, even to their answering service. I highly do not recommend Conviva Care on Beville road.
