Will always take all my deer to be processed here! They do a awesome job!
Big shout out of gratitude for Eddy Ray's in McGregor, Tx.! I left a quartered, skinned deer and carcass to be processed at noon yesterday. I requested ground meat and tenderized backstrap and tenderloin steaks. My order was ready by 6:30 pm the same day!!! Deer in the freezer the same day of harvest!
I take my deer here every year. Anytime I hear anyone talking about needing to get a deer processed I tell them that Eddie Ray's Smokehouse is the absolute best around.
We love the catering, deer processing and Thanksgiving packages!
