I cont in a timely manner. Contacted the Eddie Pearson company to get help with a leaking metal roof. They did respond in a timely manner, did some minor repair, were helpful and courteous and assured me they would stick with the project to fix the leak. The problem was not solved and I recontacted them to see when they could come back. Put me off for several weeks then did not return any phone calls. I liked the folks that came to work on my problem, just wished they had followed through on their assurance to stick with me... read more
took 7 weeks to replace screws in my metal roof took 3 times to get robber boots on vent pipes correct. do not recommend co.
