I had dinner on Sunday at Eddie Merlots with a good friend, Carson was our waiter. He did a phenomenal job and made dinner a real enjoyable afternoon. Carson was very attentive and made dining a wonderful experience.
Evening started nice table nicely decorated for our occasion/Anniversary excellent greeter/hostess then.... Was served uncooked chicken and management tried to convince me otherwise that blood and red bones are common when eating amish chicken. In my 40+yrs of living and with a parent who grew up and raised chickens on a farm have I ever known chicken to be edible rare.
