Evening started nice table nicely decorated for our occasion/Anniversary excellent greeter/hostess then.... Was served uncooked chicken and management tried to convince me otherwise that blood and red bones are common when eating amish chicken. In my 40+yrs of living and with a parent who grew up and raised chickens on a farm have I ever known chicken to be edible rare. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I booked a reservation to celebrate my husband’s 80th birthday. A booth was requested for a reservation for four. We arrived before the restaurant opened, but ultimately we were seated at a table next to the traffic aisle. Each person ordered a steak. My order was medium well. My steak was dry and tough. Excellent Food and service!
reservation for 8 p.m and not seated until 8:45. All guest were present before 8. Steaks were ordered well done and were served medium rare. We sent them back to be cooked and they were returned medium. Cold entrees.
